Teens Prayer for June 25th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, You told Your people to lift up their voice and share good news. Tonight, my good news is just for You. My dad and I had a real conversation on the way home. The work I did this morning was not wasted. The friend I called actually called me back. Thank You. There was also one moment I was not proud of. I rolled my eyes at my mom in front of the company and embarrassed her. I am sorry. I will apologize tomorrow with no qualifiers attached. Let me close my eyes without one more list of failures. Tomorrow has its own mercy. Amen.
