Teens Prayer for November 7th
A short, Scripture-shaped teens prayer for an ordinary moment of Christian faith.
The prayer
A prayer to pray now
Father, Psalm 25 says, "show me Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths." I have been making my own paths and then asking You to bless them. Today I am asking first. Show me. Some of what I am about to do today is small and routine, and some of it is a real fork in the road. Be in both. Make me a person who looks for Your way more than for my way. You said You would teach me, and that means You will correct me too. I am open to that. Even when the lesson changes what I already decided, make me truly teachable today, not just saying the right words. Amen.
